I loved it.
I don't know if anyone has, but you switched the breast's name half way.

Left became right and right became left half way into touching-breast scene-thing.
Still loved it.

Of course it wasn't going to be what everyone expected.
Hardly anything is. But it was still good.

The subtle humour was still good.
